                     The Consumer Protection Act (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000

We are a small family run business and by shopping with us you can be confident you will receive our personal attention as we pride ourselves on excellent customer service satisfaction and commitment. For your peace of mind and safety we use a safe and secure Company called Sage Pay for all Credit and Debit card transactions on our website so please order with confidence. After submitting your order and your payment has been cleared by Sage Pay we will give your order our prompt attention. The majority of goods we supply are made to order to a 2-3 weeks lead time so please bear this in mind when placing your order. However in exceptional circumstances it could take a little longer depending on the season and the amount of orders taken. We will then contact you regarding a delivery date.  We are sure you will be happy with your goods ordered but in the unlikely event you should wish to return them  you must notify us in writing or by e-mail of your intention to do so within 7 working days. Please return the goods as soon as reasonably practical but no later than 14 days from receipt of goods. If goods ordered are specially made for you to a specified requirement a refund cannot be given unless the goods are deemed to be faulty.

For your own protection you are advised to return the goods by an insured signed for service (e.g. Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery). This not only provides proof of posting within the appointed time but will provide redress in case the parcel goes astray. (It is the customers responsibility to make any claim against the carrier under these circumstances and we are happy to provide copy invoices upon request.)

Refunds or exchanges will be given upon safe receipt and inspection of the returned goods. The customer will be responsible for the cost of post and packaging for the return of the goods unless they are deemed faulty.

Before goods leave us they are throughly inspected, photographed and recorded . Any returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition which includes not smelling of smoke of any form, in their original packaging, with all their labels and seals unremoved.  If these conditions are not adhered to an exchange or refund cannot be given.
